The hand in her eye is a parasite, it's a demon of sort. It needs a name. Eye-Hand? Parasite hand?

It plants itself in a human's eye and it starts to grow until it bursts out of the person's eye, takes over the host's body and starts hunting eyes. (The host pretty much loses their identity at this point.) It grabs the nearest person with eyes with the human hands and gouges the victim's eyes out with the parasite-hand. It either eats the eyes or uses them as a device to look for other victims. (It makes sense in my head, words just fail me at the moment.)

The host can be saved, but the eye the parasite invaded can't be recovered.

There are two kinds of demons: the lower demons that act by instinct and are much like animals, and higher demons that act by sense and are more like human beings. These are lower demons.
